Peers were hatched at The Banff Centre and formed between a cold garage in Toronto and a warehouse in downtown Los Angeles. They make music that sounds like it might be from the future, and Peers are from the future. They traveled back in time in a vintage Chevy Astro. They are here to play music for you… Listen: www.forpeers.com

Mannerisms is an alternative to your canonized 70's jazz rock fusion records your Dad (or Uncle?) played when he thought no one else was home. Drummer/composer Dean Wales (formerly of Afro-beat crew Ultra Magnus) would prefer to call it “cold fusion,” with regards to the groove elements that made that music exciting before the self-indulgence took root. With more textures drawing from post-rock (but shying away from the quiet-loud trapping), they prefer a purer form of instrumental
music that can evoke memories you aren't quiet sure are your own. With song titles like “Jelqing,” “Sup' Champ” and “Head Movies,” you won't need lyrics to accompany your preconceived reality. https://soundcloud.com/mannerists

Caylie Staples is an innovative singer and songwriter from Ontario. Her work is informed by her years on the Toronto indie and experimental music
scenes and her B.F.A in Music from York University. Caylie writes songs that create a strong sense of place and atmosphere. She is passionate about the multiple layers of meaning that can be crafted into each song and the beauty of live performance. https://vimeo.com/78135230
