The Toronto Music City Town Hall Meeting will take place on the afternoon of Saturday April 25 2015. It will be all ages and free for the public to attend and participate. The meeting continues discussions began at the Wavelength Music Festival Panels ("The Toronto Music Moment") in 2014 and 2015, with the guiding itinerary of the meeting being:

1. What are the Expectations for a Toronto Music Office?

2. What is Toronto music?

Aside from Tanner and other City Hall culture sector officials, representatives from the Wavelength panels including Wavelength Music's Jonathan Bunce, North by Northeast's Cheryl MacIver, Harbourfront Centre's Sergio Elmir, Rap N Roll's Dalton Higgins, and blogTO's Aubrey Jax, along with the Music Gallery's David Dacks, will be present to introduce the themes for the night and help bolster discussion and field audience questions. Shaun Bowring, owner of music venue The Garrison, will moderate on stage and audience discussion, and field questions for Tanner and others.
