There're some familiar faces 'round these parts about to be making some unfamiliar sounds. Almost ten years of Wavelength and countless bands later veterans of Toronto's independent music community, Alex Durlak and Wavelength's own Jonny Dovercourt, are back at what started it all: being in a band.

Toronto is about to get two new bands this summer: Danger Bay and Boars. The world premier is in just a few weeks on Saturday July 18th in the Music Gallery's Fellowship Room at 9pm.

Instead of making a lengthy flowchart of where and with whom all these fine folk have played before and guessing at what sounds you might hear at the premiere let's let the mystery linger until the 18th, but if you want a safe bet, you'll probably hear some sort of "rock music".

So roll out the red carpet, or borrow that one that Sneaky's had last week for some reason, it's world premier night this month.
