We here in Toronto were lucky to have been enjoying the music of Final Fantasy live for almost a year while the rest of the world only knew of Final Fantasy as a videogame. But the tables have turned! For the past few months of touring elsewhere Final Fantasy has recruited a second member: Toronto guitarist Thom Gill. You might know Thom from his own THOMAS band, or maybe you saw him play with Bruce Peninsula or Katie Stelmanis, but if you live in Toronto, you most likely have not seen him alongside Owen.

So in looking forward to Final Fantasy's "Heartland", mere weeks away now, and a hometown release show on January 12th at The Mod Club, let's enjoy these Pitchfork Tunnelvision videos of Owen and Thom playing music from the world of Spectrum.
