Kensington Market is closed to traffic and the marketplace becomes an example of what a neighbourhood and a community could be. The results are reassuring, the sense of owning a street again, the knowledge that nobody can say it can't be done because it IS being done! Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market, on the last Sunday of the month it's one of the highwater marks of what Toronto could be. Wavelength will be presenting you with six Sundays worth of street level music arts, come loiter in traffic with us! It's Sunday, it's not the weekly series but hey it's a Wavelengthy Sunday afternoon. Drop on by!
