Two of our dearest and noisiest Toronto punk bands, TeenAnger and The Soupcans -  are heading out on a Deep South-bound U.S. tour together - a tour that includes such mouth-watering venues as Adam's Pizza in Indianapolis and the Sandwich Bar in Orlando! They're kicking off the tour tonight in the Big Smoke with a show at May Café - that's right, the Vietnamese karaoke joint across the street from the 7/11 on Dundas at Manning. The hometown bill is rounded out by new spazz-punk crew Thighs, featuring members of Pants and Tie and Odonis Odonis. The venue doesn't have a huge capacity, so get there early to ensure entry! The tour-mates are now also labelmates on TA's own label Telephone Explosion - also home to Actual Water, Young Mother and many of Toronto's finest fuzzbox stompers.
