Wavelength has a deliriously busy fall coming up, with shows coming atcha fast and furious! But things take a turn for the slow and serene next Thursday (Oct. 3) at the Piston, as we present the release party for The Nines, the new album by Our Founders, a new project led by multi-instrumentalist Mike Olsen, known for his work with the Hidden Cameras, Jim Guthrie, the Arcade Fire and some dude named Drake. It's a gorgeous collection of spacious folk-pop songs that bring to mind artists as diverse as Nick Drake, Slowdive and Snowblink.
